These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and lucbd governing your use of the platform, your account, all betting and gaming activities, bonus participation, and payment transactions. Please read this document carefully before using any lucbd service.

Account Ownership & Identity
Each player may hold only one lucbd account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Payments via bKash, Nagad & Rocket
All deposits and withdrawals on lucbd are processed through Bangladesh-approved mobile financial services — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — as well as major Bangladesh commercial banks. Transaction minimums, processing times, and any applicable fees are set out in the Deposits & Withdrawals section of these Terms.
Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses offered by lucbd are subject to wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and time limits. Bonus terms are published on each individual promotion page. Attempting to exploit bonus structures through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or coordinated abuse will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
lucbd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting tools or bots, and any other form of dishonest play. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, with any associated funds subject to review and potential forfeiture pending investigation.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
lucbd is committed to responsible gaming. These Terms incorporate our Responsible Gaming Policy by reference. Players are required to use lucbd's deposit limit, loss limit, session control, and self-exclusion tools when they believe their gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others. The platform is 18+ only without exception.
Changes to These Terms
lucbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes by email or platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the lucbd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
General Terms & Acceptance
Important: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lucbd platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, live casino, sportsbook, slots lobby, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the lucbd platform.
1.1 Agreement Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between lucbd ("we", "us", "the platform", "the operator") and you ("you", "the player", "the user") with respect to all services made available through the lucbd website and associated platforms. These Terms apply to all registered account holders and to any person who accesses the platform without registering.
These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall legal agreement between you and lucbd:

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.
1.2 Platform Availability
lucbd provides its services to players in Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. The platform does not actively target players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using lucbd is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
lucbd reserves the right to restrict access to the platform in certain geographic regions at any time, without prior notice, in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN services or similar technologies do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
1.3 Language of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the authoritative language of this agreement. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes shall not be legally binding and shall not supersede the English-language version.
1.4 Updates and Amendments
lucbd may update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification no fewer than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material clarifications may be published without prior notice. The date shown at the top of this document ("Last updated") reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only: lucbd is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion offered by lucbd. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and operate a mandatory age verification process for all accounts.
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
To use the lucbd platform, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. lucbd reserves the right to request proof of age documentation — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or in response to any age-related concern raised by our compliance team.
Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any balance in such an account will be returned to the original depositing payment source, net of any bonuses credited. No winnings generated by an underage player will be paid out.
2.2 Eligibility Criteria
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the lucbd platform:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
- You must not be a current employee of lucbd or an immediate family member of a lucbd employee.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether placed through lucbd or through any responsible gambling organisation — that is currently in effect.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with lucbd. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under different names, different phone numbers, different bKash or Nagad accounts, or different email addresses — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lucbd reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bets or winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and withhold any bonuses credited to those accounts. Persistent multi-accounting may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions
lucbd does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Players located in restricted jurisdictions who circumvent regional access controls to access the platform do so in breach of these Terms. lucbd accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a player's decision to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
To access the full range of lucbd services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account via the lucbd Login page. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
You warrant that all information provided at registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
lucbd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Verification may be triggered at the point of registration, before the first withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time our compliance team identifies a need for verification. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport
- Driver's licence with photograph
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or Nagad/bKash statement issued within the last 3 months)
lucbd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access — and in cases of suspected fraud, deposit access — until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. Funds in an unverified account will not be forfeited solely because of pending verification, provided the account is not otherwise in breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucbd login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. lucbd will not ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the lucbd support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. lucbd will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is underway. lucbd will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.
3.4 Account Currency
All lucbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are expressed in Taka. lucbd does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international cards (Visa, Mastercard) may incur a currency conversion from their card's base currency to BDT, subject to the rates applied by their issuing bank.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
lucbd currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Bangladesh players:
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Commercial Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (deposit only; availability subject to card issuer restrictions)
lucbd reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Any changes to available payment methods will be communicated via the platform's Cashier section and, where material, via registered player notifications.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by lucbd, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, bank accounts) may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your lucbd account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed transaction receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered lucbd account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Third-party funds will be returned to the originating source minus any transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 1–4 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to supported Bangladesh commercial banks are processed within one business day. Withdrawals to international cards are not currently supported.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period of up to 24 hours in cases where: (a) the withdrawal is the player's first withdrawal; (b) the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to recent deposit history; (c) the account has recently updated personal information; or (d) the lucbd compliance team has flagged the account for additional review. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.
4.4 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal
Where a player has accepted a bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds may be subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms and conditions. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to the verification and security checks described in Section 3.2 above.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
lucbd applies a robust anti-money laundering policy in accordance with best practices for online gaming operators. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player whose deposit or withdrawal patterns suggest unusual activity. Failure to provide requested AML documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension. lucbd cooperates with relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transaction activity as required by applicable law.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
lucbd offers various promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal specials timed around events such as BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. lucbd reserves the right to restrict or withdraw bonus eligibility from any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or a combination of both. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion page.
The following bet types typically do not count toward wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise: bets placed at odds below 1.50, bets hedged across multiple selections to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, bets placed on excluded game categories (where listed in the promotion terms), and bets voided or cancelled for any reason.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any un-wagered bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms. lucbd will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5.5 Bonus Abuse
lucbd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using a bonus in a manner designed to generate a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome (bonus arbitrage); coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion; making deposits followed by low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, lucbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void any winnings generated through abuse, and suspend the player's account pending investigation.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Player Responsibilities
By using the lucbd platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You agree that lucbd bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in contravention of local law.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lucbd platform:
- Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the platform
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes
- Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain
- Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at lucbd staff or other players
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the lucbd platform
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where lucbd identifies a breach of Section 6.2 or any other provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity of the breach:
- Issue a formal warning to the registered account holder
- Temporarily suspend access to betting, gaming, or withdrawal functions
- Cancel any pending bets or active bonus offers
- Void winnings generated in connection with the prohibited conduct
- Permanently close the account and return the real-money balance (net of any bonus credits or voidable winnings) to the registered payment source
- Report the activity to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your lucbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, lucbd will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Once your balance has been disbursed, your account will be deactivated. You may request reactivation at a future date unless the closure was made as part of a self-exclusion arrangement (see Section 7.3 below).
7.2 Suspension by lucbd
lucbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal conduct
- Confirmed account sharing or multi-accounting
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach, lucbd will conduct an investigation before making a final determination on account status and the disposition of any account balance. Players whose accounts are suspended in error will be reinstated promptly and will not suffer any financial loss as a result of the erroneous suspension.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who believe their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, login will be disabled, and the player will be removed from all marketing communications. Requests to reinstate an account before the end of a self-exclusion period will not be actioned. 7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. lucbd will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. If a dormant account holds a positive real-money balance, the balance will be preserved and will be available for withdrawal upon reactivation, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances in dormant accounts will be removed after 12 months of inactivity.
Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully. It limits lucbd's liability in connection with the platform and its services. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8.1 Platform Availability
lucbd endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the website, sportsbook, casino lobby, or any other service will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control (including network infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory action) may result in temporary unavailability. lucbd will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or in-play wager disruptions — resulting from platform downtime.
8.2 Betting and Gaming Decisions
All betting and gaming decisions made on the lucbd platform are made voluntarily by the player. lucbd provides information, odds, and game interfaces as tools for entertainment; we do not provide betting advice or guarantee any particular outcome. The player accepts full responsibility for all wagering decisions made through their account. lucbd will not be liable for any financial loss arising from a player's betting or gaming decisions, regardless of the amount wagered.
8.3 Technical Errors
In the event that a technical error results in an incorrect display of odds, a game malfunction, or an erroneous credit of winnings to a player account, lucbd reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their correct pre-error state. lucbd will not honour winnings generated as a result of a technical error where those winnings would not have been generated under the platform's correct operating conditions.
8.4 Third-Party Services
lucbd integrates third-party game content from providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. While we apply due diligence in selecting and monitoring our game providers, lucbd is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or losses arising from defects in third-party game software. Players who experience a verifiable game malfunction should contact lucbd support at [email protected] with details of the affected game, session ID, and time of the incident.
8.5 Maximum Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucbd's total aggregate liability to any individual player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their lucbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.6 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through the lucbd support and complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

Notices sent via live chat are not considered formal legal notices for the purposes of this section.
